SAD season is upon us, and as someone who can easily be caught up in the feelings of SAD here are some of my top wellbeing tips for managing your mental health during the darker seasons🌧️.

  1. Daily Daylight🌞
    Around 20 minutes of day light a day is a great amount to help you mood stay balenced.
  2. Stay connected🫂
    Reduce those feeling of loneliness and isolating and connect with those close to you.
  3. Maintain routine 🚶‍♀️
    Keeping up to your routine helps reduce feelings of anxiety as you are provided with more stability.
  4. Take extra supplements💊
    Top up on vitamin D, or other natural health supplements that can help balance hormones and moods.
  5. Eat Nurishing and Colourful Foods🥗
    Continue to practice a balanced diet and eat colourful foods rich in antioxidants and vitamins.
  6. Stay Active🏃‍♀️
    Around 20 minutes of exercise a day helps reduce stress hormones and can promote a healthier sleep cycle.
