Often when things go wrong we can be quick to blame ourselves and tie our wrong doings to our self esteem.
However these patterns cause negative behavioural loops that can then keep us stuck in feelings of depression or anxiety.
Being compassionate towards yourself, encourages you to try again, it allows you to be patient with yourself and take a step back from the situations you’re experiencing
