A Sleeker Way to Wellbeing

Wearable Vitamin patches have become a frequent part of my self care ritual.

As someone who struggles heavily with remembering to take tablets and be consistent with tablet taking, I’ve frequently found myself being inconsistent and never being able to notice the health benefits.

Nicotine patches have been around for decades and we’ve seen the fast growing benefit in their role in reducing smoking and helping others create healthier lifestyles. The patches are used to break unhealthy behaviours/cycles. Whereas vitamin patches help create those healthy behaviours.

Vitamin patches are designed to help deliver minerals and vitamins through the skin and into the bloodstream overtime.

Some of the benefits can include it being less of a chore to remember and take, and also easy on the stomach if you’re prone to difficulties.

I’ve recently been using Calm Patches by Patch Love Official – the UK’s biggest wearable vitamin brand. The calm patches include herbs such as: Ashwaganda, Valerian Root, Passion Flower and Lavender.
These are herbs that have traditionally been used by many cultures and people in calming rituals.

Vitamin patches help offer connivence and benefits of your wellbeing. For me it’s not about expecting a product to completely fix my stress or magically regulate my nervous system.

The real benefit is being able to use Calm Patches as an anchor to engage in mindfulness that allows me to truly slow down.

When small intentional acts and products are paired together your nervous system feels powerfully supported.

If you’re curious about expanding your wellness toolkit or want to try for yourself whether you see the benefits of Vitamin Patches I recommend trying Patch Love Official.
